Dr. Talbot graduated summa cum laude from Creighton University, School of Dentistry, where he graduated at the top of his class. He received his orthodontic training at the Mayo Clinic, one of the finest programs in the world. He is a board-certified orthodontic specialist, which means he completed three additional years of orthodontic training after dental school, then went through the rigorous board-cerfification process. Dr. Talbot believed an orthodontist should be chosen based on results. After all, you are paying for the finished product, not for the braces themselves. He is passionate about producing exceptional results.
Affordability
Our fees are comparable to those of other orthodontists in the area. Convenient zero-interest payment plans are offered, and we accept most insurance plans. As a courtesy, we are happy to submit your insurance claims for you. We will work with you to provide a payment plan that will fit your budget.
Personalized Care
Dr. Talbot does not believe in a cookie cutter approach to treatment. The type of braces and appliances used depends on a lot of factors, and he will make recommendations based on each individual's needs to ensure that you receive the best care possible. Dr. Talbot will personally see every patient at every appointment, and we will update you on treatment progress at every visit. In addition, our flexible schedule allows us to accommodate our patients’ and parents’ busy lives.
Conservative Treatment Philosophy
Dr. Talbot has a conservative approach to orthodontics. He likes to create space rather than extract teeth whenever possible. Early intervention is only performed when it is clearly beneficial. Dr. Talbot's philosophy is to treat every patient as if he or she were his own child.
Modern Treatment Methods
Dr. Talbot uses the most modern methods and appliances available. Digital impressions means no more goop! We use the latest technology including 3D xrays and 3D printing in our in-house lab. Various different bracket systems are offered, including Damon, Pitts, Clear brackets, Invisalign and Invisalign Teen. There is no need to consider DIY treatment with mail-order aligners. Our in-house aligner system can be provided at a comparable fee but with the advantage of having Dr. Talbot oversee the entire treatment.
